Youth Media Days in Bonn

The Youth Media Days is the biggest youth press event in Germany and functions like a conference for aspiring young journalists. Teachtoday is pleased to be represented this year with a workshop.

In the turbo workshop from Teachtoday, participants learn to program their own TwitterWalls and to design visuals with news snippets using our microblogging application. Small teams simulate the work of media professionals from idea generation through design to programming of the result in this workshop and present their finished TwitterWall at the end. The participants thus get an active and productive chance to try out this social media communication channel.
